About these terms

These terms apply when you use Shipora Mall (shiporamall.ph), run by Shipora Corp.. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

The marketplace

• Shipora Mall is a marketplace. Most items are sold by independent sellers whose shop name appears on the product and on your order; Shipora Official items are sold by Shipora. The seller is responsible for the item being as described.
• Every seller is checked before their first listing goes live, and listings are reviewed.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
• Cash on delivery is for accounts with a verified email address.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Philippine pesos. Shipping is computed at checkout from your address and is paid by you unless a voucher covers it.
• Your order is confirmed when we receive it (cash on delivery) or when your online payment goes through. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after 1 hour.
• If an item is priced wrongly by a clear mistake, or runs out, we may cancel it and tell you; anything you paid for it is refunded.
• You may cancel an order until the seller has packed or shipped it.

Delivery

We show the expected shipping time on each product. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on the courier. Please be available, or name someone who can receive and pay for a cash-on-delivery parcel. Refusing a cash-on-delivery parcel without a good reason may lead us to turn off cash on delivery for your account.

Vouchers

One voucher per checkout. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and may have a minimum spend, an end date and a limit per buyer. A voucher may be paid by Shipora or by a seller; the price you pay is the same. We may cancel vouchers used through fake accounts or other abuse.

Affiliates and referrals

Shipora members may earn a commission when you buy through their link or after signing up with their code. This never changes your price.

Reviews and messages

Reviews must be honest and about the item you bought. Do not post anything false, offensive, or someone else's personal data. We may hide content that breaks these rules.

Not allowed

Fake accounts or orders, misuse of vouchers, reselling access to accounts, trying to break into the Mall or slow it down, or using it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the Mall accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
