Hi! How can we help?

Ask Porah about your order, delivery, refunds or vouchers. A person in customer service takes over whenever you need one.

Common questions

Where is my order?

Open My orders in your account (or the link in your order email). Each parcel shows its status, the courier and the tracking number once it ships.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with Cancel order on the order page, until the seller has packed or shipped it. Online payments for a cancelled order are refunded.

My parcel is damaged, missing an item, or wrong

Open the order and tap Report a problem on that parcel, with photos of the item, box and waybill. We fix it at no cost: a replacement or a refund.

How do refunds work?

Online payments go back to the method you used. Cash on delivery refunds go to your GCash, Maya or bank account. They are sent within 7 working days after approval.

Why can't I pay by cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is for accounts with a verified email. Sign in and verify your email in Account. Some areas or items are online payment only.

How do vouchers work?

One voucher per checkout. Your vouchers show at checkout; the best one is picked for you. Some need a minimum spend or are for a first order.
